The Band Perry are fired up their chainsaws and delivered the exclusive world premiere of their new video to CMT.

The sibling trio took the channel behind the scenes of “Chainsaw” to explain the role of the Love Is Shady Tree Service in the video.

“We are a tree service for the broken hearted,” the band’s Neil Perry says. “The broken hearted call us, tell us to cut down the tree where they carved their name and the name of their exes. We cut the tree down, and end the bad relationship forever.”

And the trees weren’t cut down in vain either.

The video was filmed in Portland, Oregon, on a property owned by an individual who planned to cut down the trees anyway for use as lumber, telephone poles, etc.
