Kenny Chesney welcomed an Oscar-winning actress on stage for a classic country duet!
The singer, who’s taking a break from touring in 2014, performed at a charity event over the weekend at the House of Blues in New Orleans, and Reese Witherspoon crashed the stage for Cash!
Johnny Cash, that is.
The blonde beauty joined Kenny for a cover of Johnny and June Carter Cash’s iconic hit “Jackson.”
During the performance, Reese reprised her role of June Carter Cash in the 2005 blockbuster Walk The Line, for which she won the Best Actress Oscar.
According to TMZ, Reese donated $24,000 to the event, held for NFL quarterback DrewBrees’ The Dream Foundation and hosted by fellow Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey.
