Today's Generation of Robots Can Do Backflips and Run 19 Miles an Hour

A company named Boston Dynamics has been building the next generation of robots, and they're amazing.  There's a human-shaped bot called Atlas that can jump onto a platform, and then do a backflip down to the floor.

Another is called Spot, and it looks and acts like a futuristic dog.  It runs, and can climb stairs.  The WildCat is another four-legged bot, and it can get up to 19 miles per hour.

(Search for "What's New, Atlas" to see several videos roll in succession.  Here's the website.)
