96.3 KHEY Country is proud to be apart of the 2nd year of El Pasoās coolest winter event, WinterFest, presented by The Hospitals of Providence and Providence Childrenās Hospital. Downtown Arts Festival Plaza and surrounding areas will come to life November 18th through January 1st with lights, food, holiday shopping, festivities and the coolest thing of all, an outdoor ice skating rink located near the Plaza Theatre.
