Two NBA Fans Screw Up a Simple Game of Tic-Tac-Toe

This happened last week.  Two fans at a Portland Trail Blazers game were competing in a game of tic-tac-toe during a timeout.  Each time they made a lay-up, they were given a game piece to put on a giant tic-tac-toe board at half-court.

But they either didn't understand the instructions, forgot how to play, or couldn't see the game board under the bright lights.  One girl had three different chances to block the other one from winning but blew it every time.  Even the winner missed her first chance to complete the tic-tac-toe.

The announcer couldn't believe what he was seeing.

(The first blown chance to block is at 0:56 . . . the second one is at 1:04 . . . and she screws it up again at 1:20.  Here's a story.)
