A guy at a stoplight shot video of two guys who jumped out of a car in front of him to steal a couple of giant Valentine's Day-themed teddy bears from a roadside vendor. But when the thieves got back to their car the light was still red and they had to wait.
And then two good Samaritans came over and reached into the car and yanked the teddy bears away . . . so they could return them to the vendor.
