A guy in Fort Walton Beach, Florida shot video from his patio of a waterspout forming over the ocean. Waterspouts can turn into tornadoes when they hit shore and this one does. It damages several structures as it travels over land. And then it enters the bay and becomes a waterspout again. Eventually, it comes ashore one more time hitting power lines and sending sparks through the air.
