So we celebrated Star Wars day yesterday, but I dont need one day for it! Loved seeing this story about local officials stepping it up a notch to get the word out, they dressed as “Star Wars” characters and brought out Darth Vader and Stormtrooper outfits made from rubber mats and old plastic. It was a great distraction for the villagers as officials said that they wanted to make sure the government guidelines for going outside are properly followed. They figured celebrating "Star Wars" day was a great way to get that message out to the public.
