El Paso County Dealing With COVID Deaths

El Paso County is putting out an urgent call to hire a temporary morgue attendant to deal with all the COVID-19-related deaths. About 76,000 El Paso residents have been infected and more than a thousand are being treated in hospitals. Medical professionals say they are running out of room, personal protective equipment and face staffing problems. Nearly 800 people have died. To deal with that, the county has set up ten mobile morgues where bodies are being stored in refrigerated trailers.
