This Sunday on the El Paso Public Forum we have two people from the "EmpOURment Project", which is a local campaign that is part of the Primary Prevention Program with the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence. I interviewed Marissa Delgado,(right),Primary Prevention Program Coordinator, and Annabell Castorena, (left), Primary Prevention Program Facilitator. They talk a little bit about the CASFV, formerly known as the battered women’s shelter. They talk about services that they offer the community, including therapy for victims of child sexual abuse, no matter how long it has been since the abuse occurred. They talk about the “EmpOURment Project” which focuses on the prevention of sexual and domestic abuse.
