I had never heard of these 2 young British dudes named Josh and Jase until my iHeart coworker and friend Chloe told me about them. She reached out to them and invited them to El Fresco Friday's Country Night. We weren't sure if they were going to attend until Chloe tells me "they're here!" and I see these 3 British young men walking towards us through the crowd, (they had a 3rd guy named Matt with them). I was so excited for Chloe to meet them so I started recording and ran over to them, trying to match the energy I had seen on some of their Instagram videos, excitedly asking if they were looking for Chloe. I'm pretty sure I scared them but after Josh realized that this crazy lady (me) wasn't going to attack him, he said yes and I pointed them in her direction. They were only there for a short while but while they were there I did jokingly confront Jase about the way he ate Chicos Tacos, they met Brian Mars who was performing that evening, took some photos, and we even got Josh to try and line dance a little bit to "Copperhead Road." Go check out my IG for vids and pictures.

Chloe even scored an interview with them on our sister station, Power 102.1 FM, where they tried menudo for the first time. Go to the Power 102 Facebook to watch, it's actually hilarious. Let's just say they were not a fan of tripe. They also got them some pan dulce; a maranita, concha, pan de mantiquilla and caterpillar sugar cookie, (you know the one).
Go check them out on all platforms! I wish them a safe trip home and hopefully they come back to El Paso again.
