How you and iHeart can work together through community programming

Many people in the community want to volunteer and do their part to help but don't know where to start. It can be daunting, especially for many of us who are already busy enough with work and family and just want a simple, direct way to find an organization or cause to be a part of. iHeart's local programming, The El Paso Public Forum, can help you do just that. The EPPF is a 30 minute show that focuses on 2-3 non-profit organizations or community issues. It airs every Sunday morning on all 6 of our local iHeart stations, (Power 102, Sunny 99.9, 96.3 KHEY Country at 6am and on 93.5 Hot FM, Fox Sports 1380 and News Radio 690 at 7am). If you miss it, you can catch it on Spreaker anytime. Link below:

You can also follow me, Amber Banda, on Instagram and Facebook where I not only post the podcast link for Speaker for each interview, I share pictures of my guests, flyers, pictures that the non-profit shares with me, contact information on them and what causes they are aligned with. You can find multiple causes that suite your interest from child advocacy, fighting food insecurity, homelessness, and domestic violence, to helping veterans, animals and preserving nature.

So visit the podcast on Spreaker and go through the titles, follow me or 96.3 KHEY on Instagram or Facebook, or listen in Sunday morning to be better aware of the issues our community faces and how you can be a part of the solution. Our growth and health of our city depends on you, the listener, and this is how we can work together!
