Abe Mac was with me in the KHEY station this past week talking about the work he does in elementary schools with his children's book. He encourages them to write their own books and uses music to ignite their imagination, (plus the promise of a pizza party doesn't hurt)! After suggestions from teachers about having an event over the holiday weekend for the kids, Abe Mac will be performing "A Honky Tonk" Christmas this Saturday at the Plaza Theatre! Christmas fun for the whole family with special guests, sure to represent our beautiful city.
