Hayden Panettiere 'Is In Danger' With Boyfriend After His Arrest, Pal Says

Hayden Panettiere's safety is seemingly in danger, following her boyfriend Brian Hickerson's arrest for allegedly punching her in the face.

As per Us Weekly, the Nashville alum, 30, is said to be in trouble having Hickerson, 30, in her life. "Hayden is in danger with Brian. Add impairment issues from drinking too much and it will have a tragic outcome if she continues the relationship," a source told the celebrity gossip outlet. Apparently, Panettiere believed that Hickerson would never hit her again, which is why she didn't "materialize as a witness against him in the Los Angeles case." In case you haven't heard, he was previously arrested for domestic violence in 2019 after an argument with the actress, but the charges were dropped.

According to TMZ, Hickerson, was reported arrested around 2:30 a.m. on Valentine's Day night after the fight with Panettiere. He allegedly struck her “with a closed fist on the right side of her face," the police told the celebrity gossip website. Once authorities arrived to the scene, Hickerson was in the driveway of an Indian Springs Drive house and told the police that the star was inside the residence "saying he beat the f**k out of me." Documents indicate that he wouldn't answer when asked if he had actually hit the star.

Meanwhile, Panettiere's side of the story revealed that the two were arguing, before he threw her around and punched her. The star's face was reportedly red and swollen. She also had a scrape and swelling on her left hand. Hickerson was booked for domestic battery and a second charge of interfering with a police officer after allegedly refusing to identify himself. He reportedly appeared at Teton County Circuit Court on Friday afternoon and was released on a $5,000 bond.
