Las Vegas teachers get a boost out of parking tickets

Lets face it, Being a teacher is tough stuff, besides the long hours of classroom instruction and prep work, the amount of money spent on buying school supplies can be staggering. The city of Las Vegas has come up with something to help. Through July, Motorists who are cited for parking violations can wave the fine if they donate school supplies. even though the program is temporary, Many teachers feel the benefit of the program.
