Wayne D and Tay have a lot in common. They’re both parents, both proud dog people with six pups between them, and both big fans of Lil Wayne. Put them together and you get a show that’s authentic, funny, and always plugged in to what listeners care about.

Wayne D

Wayne D’s radio career started at a bar. During a station event, he struck up a conversation with a local radio personality and asked how the business worked. That conversation turned into an internship and, later, college for broadcasting. He’s been on the air since 2003, working mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights, and he’s served as both a music director and a program director. His proudest moment came when he was named Personality of the Year at the CMA Awards. He’s also an NHL in-game host, and here’s a fun one: right out of high school, he spent three weeks training to be a pro wrestler before calling it quits.

Off the air, the Minnesota native loves sports, the outdoors, and collecting vinyl, and he’s dad to Hailey and Griffin. The family’s dogs are Cash, a pit bull; Presley, a boxer; and Stella, a boxer-dachshund mix. He supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. His favorites run from Linkin Park and Elvis Presley to Morgan Wallen and Lil Wayne, his first concert was Toby Keith, and he never skips Staind’s “It’s Been Awhile.” His coffee order is a Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso.

Tay

Tay got her start gathering interviews for the nationally syndicated Remix Top 30, then landed a morning show internship. She’s been on the air since 2015, producing mornings and hosting weekends, nights, and middays before co-hosting afternoons and mornings, with stops in Top 40, country, and classic rock. Her proudest moment was sitting down with Dolly Parton, who held her hand for about 10 minutes during the interview. Yes, she’s bragging, and she’s earned it. She describes her on-air style as bestie, authentic, and plugged in.

Off the air, the West Coast native loves hiking, riding horses, cooking, shopping, reading, and spending time with her son, Weston. She’s a huge advocate for animals and mental health and shares her home with three dogs: Cudi, a dachshund; Raine, a pit bull mix; and Penny, a Chiweenie. She’s also a certified life coach who could happily analyze a birth chart for hours. Her favorites include Maren Morris, Ariana Grande, Lil Wayne, mgk, and the Chicks, and the Chicks’ “Cowboy Take Me Away” is the one song she never skips. Her first concert was *NSYNC and Britney Spears, and her go-to food is tacos, always.
